STARTER OUTFITS

For children and learning adults, we offer the Student Stentor I outfits including bow & case manufactured in China. (Winners of Music Industry Association: Best Bowed Instrument Award 2003)

The instruments are hand carved of solid tonewoods with hardwood rosewood pegs and built–in fine tuner tailpieces.

To ensure the proper start we improve existing fittings for the 1/10 1/16, & 1/8 sizes and fit new bridge and soundpost and strings for the larger ¼, ½ , ¾ and 4/4, sizes.

Hidersine Giovanni

Hidersine Piacenza ( due back in stock August 2010)

For students looking for an an outfit to progress beyond absolute beginner, we offer the Hidersine Piacenza with a hand carved spruce top and hand carved maple ribs, back and scroll with ebony fittings and Thomastik Vision strings. It comes with a half mounted wooden bow with ebony frog and a quality oblong case.

Hidersine Veracini ( due back in stock August 2010)

For players progressing well, and looking to get beyond the basic student level instruments we suggest the Hidersine Veracini. It is superbly presented in a rectangular case with padded straps, blanket & hygrometer, with an octagonal Brazilwood, ebony frog bow, with
Parisienne eye.
 The Instrument is strung with Thomastik strings, and has ebony fittings. The
Antiquing is very tasteful, and really looks superb. It is only available as a full size violin outfit
